TVInsider has the first official image from the set of The Flash season 2, and with it, some information about where the new season picks up.
Season 2 won't start with the singularity that was threatening to destroy Central City; rather, it will jump forward in time.
“We pick up about six months later, and we’re going to piece together how the storm has affected everyone,” said star Grant Gustin.
As for how the world has changed in the aftermath of Barry's defeat of the Reverse Flash, Gustin says fans will be surprised.
“It’s not as different as you’d think, but as we move forward, some things will blow fans’ minds.”
Flash season 2 premieres October 6 on CW.
