Deadline is reporting that Heroes actor Sendil Ramamurthy is set to return for the show’s limited revival, Heroes Reborn. Ramamurthy will reprise his role as Dr. Mohinder Suresh. Also reprising their roles are Jack Coleman, Masi Oka, Greg Grunberg, and Jimmy Jean-Louis.

The same report also states that Ramamurthy has joined the cast of Stan Lee’s Lucky Man, a British series based on an original idea by comics legend Lee.


In an interview with Fangoria, The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman has revealed that spin-off series Fear The Walking Dead will debut in August on AMC, saying “I’m really excited for Fear The Walking Dead to debut in August and for people to see just what we’ve done.” This confirms an August release date for the show on AMC.

Kirkman also hinted at the possibility of further Walking Dead spin-offs, saying, “There’s always a possibility for [a limited event spin-off], and I certainly wouldn’t rule it out even though I can say there are no current plans to do that…So let’s see how Fear The Walking Dead goes first and then we’ll have nine spin-offs, and that’ll be great.”

Fear The Walking Dead focuses on the start of the zombie outbreak seen in The Walking Dead, and is set in Los Angeles.

Sandrine Holt Joins The Cast Of FEAR THE WALKING DEAD

In other Fear The Walking Dead news, Deadline is reporting that The Returned actress Sandrine Holt has joined the cast of the spin-off series. The Canadian actress will portray Dr. Bethany Exner.


Disney XD has renewed Ultimate Spider-Man and Avengers Assemble for new seasons, Deadline has reported. According to the report, the fourth season of Ultimate Spider-Man will be entitled Ultimate Spider-Man Vs. The Sinister Six, and will see Dr. Octopus, Hydra, and the Sinister Six teaming to take down S.H.I.E.L.D. and Spider-Man, who finds allies in Miles Morales, Agent Venom, Iron Spider, and Scarlet Spider.

Meanwhile Avengers Assemble season three will carry the title Avengers: Ultron Revolution, and will feature the Avengers taking on the return of Ultron, as well as dealing with villains such as Baron Zemo, the Masters of Evil, Kang, and the Inhumans. They will also be pitted against each other in an "all out Marvel superhero Civil War," likely drawing on the comic of the same name and the upcoming Captain America: Civil War as inspiration.

No premiere dates have been set.

LUKE MITCHELL Promoted To Series Regular On AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Luke Mitchell has been promoted to series regular for the third season of Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.LD. Mitchell made his guest debut in season two as Lincoln, an Inhuman who helps Skye adjust to her powers. No premiere date has been set for season 3.
