Funny outtakes aren't left to just Cannonball Run and Jackie Chan movies, as Marvel's UK division has released a new video package giving some funny outtakes from the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron leading up to its release in theatres.
Marvel have seeded moments of humor in the action-based Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, so think about this: do you think they could ever do a straight-up comedy?
Avengers: Age of Ultron will debut in North America on May 1, 2015.
Dave Johnson Divides AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.
Artist Dave Johnson is reknown as a cover artist in comics, and now he's been tapped by Marvel as its latest artist in the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episodic posters.
The design comes out of the recent reveal of the revived S.H.I.E.L.D. being splintered post-Captain America: The Winter Soldier into two factions with Agent Coulson on one side and Gonzalez on the other.
For Johnson's part, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s executive producer Jeffrey Bell even name-dropped Johnson's 100 Bullets work in the interview accompanying the art reveal.
HOAX HUNTERS Finds Film Deal
Just months after leaving Image Comics for Heavy Metal's burdgeoning comics line, the creator-owned comic series Hoax Hunters has been picked up for a movie from superstar producer Don Murphy reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The deal was worked out in conjunction with Heavy Metal's Jeff Krelitz and David Boxenbaum, who as part of the deal are attached as producers as well. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. writer/consulting producer Craig Titley has been hired to film the feature script,
Michael Moreci and Tim Seeley's Hoax Hunters began as a back-up series in Tim Seeley's Hack/Slash series before moving on to its own series from Image. In 2014 it moved to Heavy Metal as part of a new comics line which has since launched.
