Starling City be warned: two of Arrow's big bads are on their way back.

The CW has released the synopsis for February 18's Arrow episode, titled "The Return." The title, previously thought to signal a return of Oliver Queen looks now to refer to the returns of Tommy Merlyn and Deathstroke, played by Colin Donnell and Manu Bennett respectively. Here's CW's official synopsis:

Malcolm (John Barrowman) puts Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Thea (Willa Holland) in a dangerous situation that lands them on Lian Yu with Oliver’s former enemy, Deathstroke (guest star Manu Bennett). A flashback reveals when Oliver and Maseo (guest star Karl Yune) returned to Starling City to retrieve the Omega bio weapon, and despite being under strict orders from Amanda Waller (guest star Cynthia Addai-Robinson) not to reveal himself to anyone, Oliver looks in on his family, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Tommy (guest star Colin Donnell). Dermott Downs directed the episode written by Marc Guggenheim & Erik Oleson (#314).

Terry Crews Calling To Be Cast as Silver Surfer?

The upcoming Fantastic Four got an uptick in interest this week with the reveal of the August film's first teaser trailer, and avowed comic fan and actor Terry Crews mentioned something in a Reddit AMA that could be seen as him wanting to get in on that action now that his previous pick, Luke Cage, was caught by Mike Colter.

"But you know who else I'd like to play? The Silver Surfer," Crews said. "I always loved [him] - I thought I had the build, the body, I could get on that surfboard, and if they ever do a live-action version of Silver Surfer, I think that would be perfect for me."

Crews isn't a newbie to the Marvel U -- he's voiced Blade in Marvel's animated television shows, both in Ultimate Spider-Man and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.

Flash Fact: Another Actor From 1990s Show Returns In New Series

Although the 1990s The Flash television series never caught on the way CW's current The Flash has, it hasn't stopped its showrunners from being fans of their predecessor -- and its actors. After already bringing in John Wesley Ship, Amanda Pays and Mark Hamill, KSiteTV is reporting that a fourth actor from the earlier The Flash series who's coming back.

The reports indicate that Vito D'Ambrosio, who played a police officer named Anthony "Tony" Bellows in the the 1990 CBS series, is reprising his role as Bellows in an upcoming episode of the CW series -- and he's got a promotion... to mayor.
