Certain actors find themselves continually drawn to superhero movies, and now Colm Feore can be considered one of them.
Deadline reports that Feore has been cast to play Dr. Francis Dulmacher, a.k.a. the Dollmaker, in Fox's Gotham series. The Dollmaker was referenced by name early on in the Gotham series in reference to a series of child kidnappings, and now it seems Feore will follow-up on that by appearing in person.
Feore is frequently cast in the role of villains in film and television, and his super-hero resume is quick extensive. Feore played Loki's father Laufey in the original Thor film, and played Oscorp Vice President Donald Menken in Amazing Spider-Man 2.
This usage of Dollmaker would seem to further the disconnect in continuity between Fox's Gotham and the CW's Arrow and The Flash shows, as the Dollmaker was featured in the second season of Arrow played by Michael Eklund.
