Genre TV veteran Summer Glau is joining The CW's Arrow for a recurring role in season two, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Glau's role is reported to be Isabel Rochev, a character who first appeared in the comics in 2010's Green Arrow #1. Arrow's version is the vice president of acquisitions at Stellmoor International, a company (seen in recent Green Arrow comic books) seeking to "take over Queen Consolidated." The character will debut in the second season premiere.
Starting with Firefly, Glau has a long history in genre TV, including The 4400, Dollhouse, The Cape, Alphas and as the titular Terminator in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
Arrow, based on DC's Green Arrow, will be the subject on Saturday at Comic-Con International in San Diego, featuring series stars Stephen Amell, Katie Cassidy, David Ramsey, Emily Bett Rickards, and Colton Haynes plus executive producers Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Andrew Kreisberg.
