Series premiere dates have been set for both of Marvel's previously announced upcoming animated series: Avengers Assemble is debuting with a one-hour preview on May 26, with the series starting in earnest on July 7; and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. will be unveiled about a month later, on Aug. 11. Like , both shows will air on Disney XD's Sunday "Marvel Universe" block.

Avengers Assemble is taking the place of , which ended last year, and features the Man of Action team (who also work on ) of  Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, Duncan Rouleau and Steven T. Seagle as executive producers. It features the movie team of Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, plus The Falcon.

Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. features Paul Dini as a major creative voice, and depicts Hulk, Red Hulk, She-Hulk, A-Bomb and Skaar working as a team.
