As first showcased on ComicsAlliance, here's the cover of Marvel NOW!'s Uncanny X-Force #1, debuting in January. Illustrated by Olivier Coipel, the cover shows the announced lineup of Storm (with an updated version of her '80s mohawk look), Puck, Spiral and Psylocke; all four with new costume designs. Also included is what appears to be a female version of Fantomex, plus the looming presence of Bishop, said to be the series' villain. The series debuts in January from the creative team of writer Sam Humphries and artist Ron Garney. The current volume of Uncanny X-Force ends in December with issue #35. "You'll see a very proactive team in Uncanny X-Force, but whether or not they have the same mandate and goals as the previous X-Force remains to be seen," Humphries told Newsarama. "I wouldn't advise that anyone get too comfortable." FACEBOOK and TWITTER!
