UPDATE 2 - Marvel NOW! New Cover Reveals - Day 2

Update 2 - 4:00pm
: Joe Quesada may be grand muckety muck as Chief Creative Officer of Marvel Entertainment nowadays, but the guy still loves to draw.

For Avengers Assemble #9, featuring the new creative team of Kelly Sue DeConnick and Stefano Casselli, Quesada decided to take a very different approach to his art. Featuring Spider-Man, Hulk, Wolverine, and Iron Man, the cover is of four iconic heroes striking a pose... but the style is wholly unique and new. Take a gander to the right, and click here to read more about Kelly Sue's plans for the title.

Update 1 - 1:15pm: Now our friends at CBR have another new cover, this one by artist Kaare Andrews.

A+X is the book that, along with Uncanny Avengers, seems too be the most direct successor to the fallout of Avengers vs. X-Men. The classic Marvel Team-Up formula will be followed in the book, with members from each team joining up to save the day. Curious then, that the cover to the second issue features Spider-Man and Beast front-and-center, since they're both currently Avengers.

There are also two heads in the corners, that of Kitty Pryde's sidekick Lockheed the alien dragon, and Iron Man, so perhaps they're the real team-up in the issue? Or maybe Beast won't be an Avenger anymore after the big event is through... or is the Uncanny Spider-Man on the way?

Original Story: Monday Marvel Comics debuted no less than seven new Marvel NOW! covers for new titles debuting this fall, including our own exclusive debut of the All-New X-Men #1 cover.

Looks like Marvel may be planning another day of cover reveals. Here's a bright and early exclusive look at a variant cover to November's Deadpool #1, by Chris Bachalo.

Deadpool will be written by comedians Brian Posehn and Gerry Duggan and illustrated by Tony Moore, and the first cover shown was by artist Geof Darrow.

Marvel looks like they'll be releasing their November 2012 solicitations on Wednesday afternoon. The safe bet is to expect for new covers to surface before then.
