So it looks like there is a spiderman on the team but who is it. Im assuming its not peter. What we know:

-He's smart, well i made that assumtion based on all those books and the fact that he drove a scientist crazy
-He knows fury

I bet he's an unseen spiderman clone, maybe even the one with the scarred face that kidnapped mary jane in the ultimate clone saga. What does everyone else think?

I assumed it was Deadpool, although I know he's already got an incarnation. Kane was killed, but we all know how that works in comics. And he doesn't know Fury, because otherwise Fury would know him.
That "Spider-Man" can literally talk someone into committing suicide in four exchanges is insane. He has to have some sort of mental power.

Tony's smarter brother? Please. Tony was born a mutate, making his entire body a brain, and apparently making him a super-genius. He's also pure awesome. I can only assume Tony made a clone of himself, and the clone now thinks he's the older brother. I just don't buy this Moriarity crap.

I'll give this book two more issues to swing my decision of whether to drop or not. The first two issues piped my curiosity but this past issue kind of let me down as far as who makes up the actual Avengers team.

I agree about this Stark's older brother stuff. It was pretty annoying to me actually, especially making Fury under the command of this guy. The only things that really did anything for me this issue was the identity of this Spider-Man and War Machine.

I'm really on the fence about the improved Hulk. I don't know what to think it. My initial reaction was AWESOME!!!! but now I dunno.

I am loving this series, it's so entertaining. Millar should never write mainstream Marvel stuff again, he's too good on non cannon stuff.

Yeah this was amazing. Can we make it a rule that the only people allowed to work on the Ultimate U are Millar & Bendis? I love how much action has been in this series so far. Ultimate Cap is such a badass. I thought the way Rhodes car turned into War Machine was pretty awesome too. I'm really curious to see who this Spider-Man is. No matter how they try to make Gregory Stark fit into Tony's origin I love the character. Art's top notch as well.

I was really looking forward to this series. However, knowing that Loeb will be coming back with New Ultimates, it makes me wonder if it's even worth reading. It just seems kinda doomed. Anything good that is done will just be ruined in 2010.

Well it sounds like Miller will still be able to do his thing that made Ultimates awesome in the first place, while Loeb goes off into crazyville again. I seriously hate his writing, I dont hate him as a person just his writing.

they said it was insect queen from the liberators but i dont remember anyone like that. the closest would be swarm but wasnt she killed and she didnt look anything like this...
