It could be in the theatre, on DVD or even on TV.

I just watched Total Recall for the first time years.  That movie is still pretty awesome.

Two weeks ago, I was house sitting for my folks, and caught up on some movies via Cinemax and other cable channels. Watched The Departed, Idiocracy, You Kill Me, X-Men 3, Batman Returns, Caddyshack, TMNT, Dog Soldiers, and Rise: Blood Hunter, all on Saturday-into-Sunday.

Watched "Narc" for the third time.  Something about that movie I just enjoy.  Than watched "The Day the earth stood still."  I still think for the time that movie was made it was and is still a great movie with a great idea.

I loved that movie.  You'll be doing the charts in your head now.  Everytime you see some morons with 5 kids your minds eye will just pop pop pop pop all these charts up with them just constantly popping pout more morons. That's what happens to me anyway.

Enemy at the Gates. It had been a couple years since I had seen it.  Good movie, other than everyone having English accents instead of Russian...but we're Americans we don;t know the difference right?

They're not the same? What about space aliens? They have English accents too, right?

I'm showing my kids some good older movies that have to do with the things they learned in school this year.

The last two DVDs we watched in the last week were The Right Stuff, 'cause my daughter studied the space program in science class, and Amadeus, because her school orchestra did two Mozart pieces in their end-of-the-year concert.

Both movies held up as EXCELLENT even after all this time.

Kung Fu Panda. Great movie.

I also saw Iron Man like the second week it came out...for whatever that's worth.

A lot of people liked it, but it left me cold for the most part. The film felt unfocused, and the various plot threads were underdeveloped, IMO.

Watched Semi-Pro on DVD last night.  After Blades of Glory I had NO expectations from Willy F and was pleasantly surprised.  It was actually pretty funny.
