Marvel Teaser: WE ARE THE X-MEN

After several teasers centered around the "X-Men: Second Coming" storyline hitting books this spring, and three separate weeks of Avengers teasers, Marvel continues the elusive information game with this new X-Men teaser.

Blue and Gold haven't been X-Men staples for some time, but the focus of this image, showing a metallic X on a gold background, with blood dripping down it, certainly evokes memories of X-days gone by. It also may look a tad familiar to fans of a seminal superhero story from the other company that was made into a film last year.

"We Are the X-Men" is evocative of the recent Avengers teasers, too, which then showed new line-ups for the team. Whatever it means, we'll surely see more bits of information trickle out before the comics themselves land in our hands.
