As you can see, this Dale Keown (Creator of PITT) cover was quite the surprise, as it wasn't in the original solicitation text, which can be found below. This is not an incentive cover, and retailers can order as many as they'd like with order code NOV098023 (there IS an incentive Black and White version, 1/100, with order code NOV098024). Image United #3 is currently scheduled to ship Feb 24, 2010.
