Who Is This New Marvel Character??

Marvel released this image Friday afternoon only asking the question "Who Is One Of The Most Exciting New Comic Characters of The Century?", promising an answer Monday afternoon on their website, presumably as part of a preview of their February 2010 solicitations.

What do you guys think? Any guesses who this is and where he'll/it show up? A creator you think might be responsible? How about some guesses as to his name?
