The L.A. Times' Hero Comlpex blog has the first look at Captain America: Reborn #1, showing the first six pages of the issue.
The issue starts pretty much as you'd think a story about a dead character returning to life would - that is, with a touch of history of Steve Rogers' life and a recap of his death (or is that "death" now?) on the courthouse steps in Captain America #25. The art by Bryan Hitch and Butch Guice is, as Captain America Editor Tom Brevoort suggested, evocative of Ultimates #1, up to and including an Ultimates-style helmet for Cap, rather than a a full-head mask.
Head over through the link above, check it out, and come on back and tell us what you think.
