DC Reveals Frank Quitely's BATMAN INCORPORATED #1 Variant

Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely have a long history of collaboration, from Flex Mentallo (which recently received a long-awaited collected edition) to New X-Men to We3 to Batman and Robin.

So it's no surprise that DC called on Quitely to illustrate the variant cover of the Morrison-written Batman Incorporated #1, scheduled for release on May 23. Part of DC's "Second Wave" of The New 52, it's actually the second volume of the series, which originally debuted in 2010.

Here's the solicitation for the first issue, along with the cover by series artist Chris Burnham.
