DC Teases New JUSTICE LEAGUE Villain

When Justice League #9 hits in May 2012, regular series artist (and DC Comics Co-Publisher) Jim Lee will return. As teased in the solicitation text, he'll be bringing a new villain with him for the new storyline reuniting him with writer Geoff Johns after a two issue hiatus.

Who will this mystery villain be? What are his ties to the League? DC is remaining mum on those details, but they did release this design sketch by Lee today on their blog The Source. Full solicitation text is below.
