Quesada's DEATH OF SPIDER-MAN Variant Gives Further Hints

The story is called "Death of Spider-Man," and based on the newest images released, it looks like Marvel doesn't want readers to think they're kidding around.

The Joe Quesada-illustrated variant cover for Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #160 depicts Spider-Man in what appears to be the afterlife, embraced by his late Uncle Ben.

Early last week, Marvel unveiled a new costume for the Ultimate Universe version of Spider-Man, along with the promise that someone other than Peter Parker would be wearing the suit.
