Marvel Teaser: "The World Still Needs Heroes"

Marvel started the new week with a new one-image teaser image, this one telling readers that the world of the 'Heroic Age" Marvel Universe "Still Needs Heroes".

The identity of the superhero is pretty clear - it's Thunderstrike, as sort-of-announced last week, in a new November-lunching limited series by Tom DeFalco and Ron Frenz. 

The black-out tease seems to suggest the magical mace enchanted by Odin may be a get a new wielder, as opposed to the he original Thunderstrike, Eric Masterson.

Look for more answers likely no later than next's week's November, 2010 solicitations from Marvel.
