Fox's THE GIFTED Pushes GOTHAM Out of Monday Nights, With LUCIFER As Lead-In

With the addition of the X-Men-based series The Gifted to its fall line-up, Fox is shaking things up with its comic book TV shows, moving the timeslot for the established Gotham as it enters its fourth season, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Gotham will now air on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. EST, while The Gifted will take its place on Monday nights at 9 p.m.. Lucifer remains in place on Mondays at 8PM, now acting as a lead-in to The Gifted.

Additionally, Seth McFarlane's space comedy Orville, which features former Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. star Adrienne Palicki will air after Gotham on Thursday nights a 9 p.m.. The next season of The X-Files will be held as a mid-season debut.

No official premiere dates have been set.
