DR. STRANGE's AARON and BACHALO Out, New Creative Team In Come May 2017

Jason Aaron and Chris Bachalo are leaving Marvel's Doctor Strange after May's #20. The duo started together on the title with its relaunch in October 2015, and helped spin-off the Doctor Strange & The Sorcerers Supreme title and worked through the release of the Doctor Strange movie.

The duo are being replaced by writer Dennis Hopeless and artist Niko Henrichon.

"[Dennis Hopeless] is one of my best friends and favorite writers. I'm thrilled that he's taking over Doctor Strange," Aaron tweeted. "Know that I will miss writing Doc Weirdo. But I am insanely excited about everything that lies ahead for me at Marvel."

Aaron's remaining Marvel work - that's been announced, at least - is his regular ongoing work on Star Wars and The Mighty Thor.

Here is the solicitations for Aaron and Bachalo's finale, as well as Hopeless and Henrichson's first issue, both scheduled for release in May:
