Sterling K. Brown has been added to the cast of Marvel Studios' Black Panther. The People vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story actor will play N'Jobu, a character from Black Panther's past.

There's no current Marvel Comics character named N'Jobu, so it is unkown if this is a new character created for the film or a pre-existing one re-named.

Brown is best known for playing prosecutor Christopher Darden in FX's The People vs. O.J. Simpson, and and currently co-stars in NBC's This Is Us.

Black Panther is scheduled to begin filming this month, with a release date of February 16, 2018.
