BIG HERO 6 Cast Reprise Their Roles For Animated Series

Disney XD has firmed up the voice cast for the upcoming Big Hero 6 animated series, with many of the movie's cast reprising their roles according to DeadlineRyan Potter and Scott Adsit are returning as Hiro and Baymax, respectively, and will be rejoined by Maya Rudolph (Aunt Cass), Jamie Chung (Go Go), Genesis Rodriguez (Honey Lemon), Alan Tudyk (Alistair Krei), David Shaughnessy (Fred's unnamed butler), and Stan Lee (Fred's unnamed father).

Two actors from the movie who are not returning are TJ Miller and Damon Wayans, Jr; their roles of Fred and Wasabi will be assumed by Brooks Whelan and Khary Payton, respectively.

The animated series picks up immediately following the events of Big Hero 6, with Hiro and his friends officially forming the superhero team inspired by the Marvel comic book of the same name.

The Big Hero 6 animated series will premiere in 2016 on Disney XD.
