Updated November 2, 2016: Hot on the heels of yesterday's addition of three more established characters, Defenders is once again expanding its roster, this time bringing aboard Scott Glenn, reprising his Daredevil role as Stick, as well as Marvel Netflix mainstay Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple, and of course, Trish "Patsy" Walker of Jessica Jones, whose comic book counterpart, Hellcat, was a longtime member of the Defenders.

Here's the announcement video:

Original Story: The cast of Marvel and Netflix's Defenders keeps growing, with two more cast members of Daredevil and Luke Cage joining up. In a Twitter post, Marvel has confirmed that both Simone Missick's Misty Knight and Deborah Ann Woll's Karen Page will appear in the series.

Although not framed as a member of the team itself, in comic books Misty Knight has been a member and even the leader at one point.

Missick and Woll will join Mike Colter's Luke Cage, Finn Jones's Iron Fist, Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones, and Charlie Cox's Daredevil for the series, along with Sigourney Weaver as the as-yet-unnamed villain. Woll was also recently confirmed as a castmember in Netflix's Punisher series.

Defenders is scheduled to debut in late 2017.
