IMAX and 20th Century Fox have renewed their longstanding partnership to show Fox's movies in IMAX theaters. Four specific movies: Maze Runner: The Death Cure, Predator, Alita: Battle Angel, and Fox's untitled Marvel project slated for March 2, 2018.

“After sharing success with such recent box-office hits as the global phenomenon Deadpool, we are thrilled to sweeten the existing deal with our friends and partners at Twentieth Century Fox by providing IMAX fans worldwide a selection of the studio’s most exciting upcoming blockbusters,” said Greg Foster, CEO of IMAX Entertainment and Senior Executive Vice President, IMAX Corp. “With this agreement, we look forward to expanding our partnership with Fox and together offer fans around the world IMAX’s one-of-a-kind movie-going experience.”

The announcement gives no new information about what this mystery Marvel project may be, but that date was originally tied to a sequel to Fox's failed Fantastic Four reboot. It may be another X-Men film such as the in-development New Mutants film, the delayed Gambit solo movie, or even the planned Deadpool sequel.

20th Century Fox's only scheduled Marvel-based movie with a name is the as-yet-untitled third Wolverine movie, currently scheduled for March 3, 2017. No trailer has been released as of yet.
