Star Wars: Episode VIII director Rian Johnson has shared another image from the film's set on his tumblr, along with the caption "In the home stretch." The image appears to be the cloak worn by Mark Hamill's Luke Skywalker from the final scene of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

There's no notation of where this photo was taken, or what planet the rocky setting symbolizes. It could simply be the planet Ahch-To, which Luke appeared on at the end of The Force Awakens, or some new terrain for the Jedi.

Episode VIII's official synopsis and subtitle have not yet been revealed, but the film is expected to continue the story of Rey, Finn, and Poe Dameron that began in The Force Awakens. Johnson takes over directorial duties from J.J. Abrams, who helmed The Force Awakens.

Star Wars: Episode VIII is scheduled to hit theaters December 15, 2017.
