Greg Land illustrates a new cover for the ABC TV series based on John Romita's Amazing Spider-Man #121, replacing the wall-crawler for Chloe Bennet' Daisy Johnson and with various characters from the show features in headshot images.

The #322 refers to the numbering of the season finale - season 3, episode 22. But when it comes to guessing who might the 'fallen agent,' the first to come to mind is Ming-Na Wen, whose box is in the same spot as Gwen Stacy's was in the original cover.

This comes just days after Marvel anounced that the final four episodes of this season would go by the umbrella title "Fallen Agent."

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s 2-part season finale is scheduled to air May 17.

This Land illustration will be re-used as a variant cover to Civil War II #0 as well.
