AFFLECK Praises SUICIDE SQUAD, FEAR THE WALKING DEAD Season 2 Art Released, More

Ben Affleck's Batman doesn't have a solo movie on the books yet, but he will have a cameo in this August 5's Suicide Squad, which features Batman's arch-nemesis, The Joker.

"You should keep your eyes peeled for sure," Affleck told Entertainment Weekly when asked if he would appear in the film. “I’ve seen Suicide Squad, and I can tell you that movie really works. That movie is really, really cool and fun and awesome.”

Affleck will debut as Batman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice when it hits theaters March 25.

GHOST IN THE SHELL Adds BEAT TAKESHI In Key Role

Scarlett Johansson's adaptation of the iconic sci-fi manga and anime Ghost In The Shell has added veteran Japanese actor Takeshi "Beat" Kitano to its cast as Daisuke Aramaki, the beaureau chief of Section 9, commanding officer of Johansson's character Makoto Kusanagi, according to Variety.

Kitano is one of the top directors and actors in Japan. His last American film appearance was in 1995's Johnny Mnemonic.

Ghost In The Shell is due to hit theaters March 31, 2017.
