It's the eternal question superhero fans pose: who'd win? With Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice coming out in theaters next spring, long-time Marvel editor/creator Stan Lee was asked his opinion on the showdown and who would win.

"Superman, I think. He's indestructible and can do anything; Batman relies on weapons," Lee told The Boston Herald. "The fellow who created Batman, Bob Kane, is a friend of mine, so he'd be unhappy of me saying that. But at the same time, Jerry Siegel, one of the creators of Superman, used to work for me for awhile, so I have divided loyalties."

"But if this is real -- a fight between Batman and Superman -- there's no one who should bet on Batman."

Although the Boston Herald describes DC has a "rival company," Lee has worked at DC and written both Batman and Superman in the past.
