Marvel's touring panel Cup O' Joe comes to Comic-Con International: San Diego on Saturday, with the 2:45 panel promising Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada leading the discussion on the company's comic book line Scheduled guests include Mark Waid, Kieron Gillen, Charles Soule, Cullen Bunn, as well as Editor-In-Chief Axel Alonso, Executive Editor Tom Brevoort and also C.B. Cebulski.
During the panel, the mystery about who is the new Hulk for the upcoming The Totally Awesome Hulk deepened as Marvel showed off a (slightly) new cover image. The image (seen at right), looks to be the same illustration by Frank Cho as previously released, but the black silouette for the new Hulk's face is changed to be a distinct outline of the former Thor, Odinson.
Could Marvel be continuing in thier line of re-branding its heroes by making Odinson the new Hulk? Or is Marvel simply doing a little bit of trolling of fans? U-Decide.
