In a recent chat with Entertainment Weekly, Bryan Singer has revealed some new concept art for X-Men: Apocalypse, along with a promise that the film will show the true origins of the X-Men.
“This is kind of a conclusion of six X-Men films, yet a potential rebirth of younger, newer characters,” said Singer. "This is the true birth of the X-Men. This is how it happens."

DEADPOOL Covers ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY
20th Century Fox's other 2016 X-Men movie Deadpool looks to have beaten out all the comic book movies for the top spot in Entertainment Weekly's Comic-Con International: San Diego issue.
The issue also features stories on Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice, Heroes Reborn, and Fear The Walking Dead, all of which are expected to have a presence at Comic-Con.
AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. Gets SDCC Poster
TVInsider has debuted the promotional poster for Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. that will be available to fans at Comic-Con International: San Diego later this week.
The poster, which features art by Jim Cheung and Romulo Fajardo, Jr., will be available all weekend at the Marvel booth, meanwhile the cast and crew of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will appear at the Marvel Television Presents panel on Friday, July 10 from 3:00 to 4:15 pm in Ballroom 20.
New DEADPOOL Image Debuts
In other Deadpool news, Empire has a new official image from the film, this time featuring Negasonic Teenage Warhead along with the titular Merc With a Mouth.
Newcomer Brianna Hildebrand plays the telepathic Negasonic Teenage Warhead, a Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely creation whose mouthful of a name comes from a track by rock band Monster Magnet. Check out the photo right here:

DISNEY XD Sets Premiere Date for GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY
TVInsider is reporting that Disney XD will air a sneak preview of its Guardians of the Galaxy animated series on September 3, before officially premiering the show a few weeks later on September 26. The show features the same characters as last year's blockbuster film - Star-Lord, Rocket, Groot, Gamora, and Drax - though with a new voice cast including veteran voice actor Will Friedle as Peter Quill.
The show's narrative reportedly centers around a hunt for a treasure with ties to Quill's past, and will bring the team in contact with Marvel mainstays such as Loki, Thor, and the Grandmaster, as well as the Inhumans, and Cosmo, the telepathic dog who featured in a brief cameo in the film.
New FEAR THE WALKING DEAD Teaser
AMC has released a new teaser for its upcoming The Walking Dead spin-off Fear The Walking Dead, which explores the origins of the zombie outbreak in Los Angeles. Check the video out right here:
