Deadline is reporting that Marvel Entertainment is current Chief Financial Officer Chris Acquacviva is leaving the company, to be replaced by Rob Steffens. Acquacviva worked for six years, taking on the CFO position in 2013 to replace, interestingly enough, Steffens, who left to become CFO and COO of Lorne Michaels' Broadway Video. Acquacviva's departure was described as amicable by Deadline.

Steffens started at Marvel in 2002 as the company's Finance Director, becoming CFO and Executive VP of Operations in 2010. Steffens reportedly was a lead figure in the negotiations with Disney that ultimately resulted in the company's purchase.
