The revolution will not be televised. Not anymore, anyway.

Fans who have clamored for a resolution to the many outstanding threads left by the ending of NBC's post-apocalyptic sci-fi drama Revolution will finally get their wish this May.

Revolution will see new life as a DC Digital comic, with four chapters being released bi-weekly starting on May 4. The comics will be written by Revoltion writers David Reed and Ryan Parrott, with input from the rest of the Revolution creative time, including executive producers Eric Kripke, J.J. Abrams, Bryan Burk, Rockne S. O’Bannon and Jon Favreau. The comics will be illustrated by Angel Hernandez.

The chapters will debut on ComicBook for one week before making their way to the Revolution Facebook page.
