Want to know the origin of the video game Batman: Arkham Knight's signature villain? You'll have to wait for the comic.

DC has announced via IGN that following the June 3 debut of the Batman: Arkham Knight video game, they will publish a new six-issue series delving into the origin of its central antagonist, Arkham Knight. The new series, titled Batman: Arkham Knight - Genesis, will debut July 29 and be written by Peter J. Tomasi and drawn by Alisson Borges. Tomasi is the writer of the current Batman: Arkham Knight limited series, as well as the core DCU title Batman & Robin.
