No, the Blue Man Group is not coming to Marvel.

Instead, the above art is some new concept art of a Kree Marvel has released in an effort to tease the upcoming episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..  Here's the two pieces of concept art:

Marvel gives no word on who this Kree is, but viewers who watched the debut season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will recall that Agent Coulson survived his fatal wound from Loki thanks in part to blood extracted from a seemingly dead Kree as witnessed in "It's All Connected." Here's a still from that scene:

Marvel says this release of concept art "foreshadows some surprise revelations" in this Tuesday's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode. It goes further to say that identity of this Kree individual will be revealed in this episode.

Remember, in comics the Kree are alien race who instigated the experiments which led to the Inhuman species splintering off from the human race thousands of years ago. And yes, Ronan the Accuser from Guardians of the Galaxy is also, coincidentally, Kree as well.
