So apparently Robert Downey Jr. is the new David Hasselhoff.
Just hours after the release of the first official poster for Avengers: Age of Ultron, Marvel's Facebook page for Germany revealed an alternate poster for that market with some notable changes to the assembled Avengers as well as the title star. Click on the image at right to see it in full.
The most notable difference is Iron Man (played by Downey Jr.) has been moved up in this composite image to be front-and-center. In addition, Downey's name has been moved to the lead in the listing of actors - both on the top and in the fine print of the bottom. Speaking to Downey's apparent popularity in Germany, the actor's name is listed in the credits even before the name of the movie.
The other major changes in this German Avengers: Age of Ultron poster is the sky; gone is the swarming Ultron robots, and the obscured look at the Vision has been shifted to the left.
There's no plot hints to be taken from this other version, however.
