Batman has a lot of standouts in his rogue's gallery, but this summer he's going to the birds. IGN has revealed the first trailer from the feature-length Batman Vs. Robin animated movie, seeing the rise of Damian Wayne and those growing pains as well as the animated debut of the Court of the Owls.

The trailer is short -- only 1:12 -- but it does show well the fiestiness of Damian that made him a fan-favorite, as well as the litany of troopers in the Court of the Owls -- including Talon himself. Take a look:

GOTHAM Gets Early Green Light For Second Season -- CONSTANTINE On The Fence

The Television Critics Association winter press tour this week has proven to be a cornucopia of news about the various comics-based television series, and we've learned Fox has given an early renewal to Warner Bros. TV's Gotham. The news, coming courtesy of Deadline, is that Gotham was renewed alongside the newly debuted Empire and also Brooklyn Nine Nine. Gotham is reportedly the top broadcast drama for men aged 18-49, and was Fox's highest-rated fall drama debut in 14 years.

Positive news about the sister DC drama on Fox, Constantine, remains absent. On Friday, NBC president Jennifer Salke told IGN that they "wished" the show had better ratings live. Although DVR and online views are "big," the show hasn't performed the way Fox "wanted it to." Salke said they're "still talking" about renewing it, but Fox TV chairman Robert Greenblatt chimed in to question "maybe there are too many" shows based on comic books, saying that Constantine, while popular in comics, isn't "The Flash, it's not Batman."
