At the end of Iron Man 3, Tony Stark seemingly cast off his days as Iron Man -- but with the menace of Avengers: Age of Ultron he must don the armor once more -- and here is your first detailed look:
Hong Kong's Hot Toys has released a high resolution look at their officially licensed die-cast figure depicting the new Iron Man armor of Avengers: Age of Ultron, dubbed the Mark XLIII armor. Revealed on their Facebook page, this armor showcases several innovations from the previous armors depicted in past Iron Man and Avengers movies, including a bit of a reversal in regards to their color scheme. This figure is a 1/6 scale collectible made of diecast material, completed with weathered effects as well as LED light-up effects. Hot Toys says the'll have a special edition version of this figure which will include an "LED lighted battle damaged helmet as bonus accessory."
No news on the price or release date of this figure, but Hot Toys says interested buyers should pay attention to their Facebook page for further details. Avengers: Age of Ultron premieres on May 1.
