As the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to grow in both film and television, it seems there’s potential for sharing in both directions. That’s according to what actress Adrianne Palicki told IGN in a recent interview.

”That was one of the things that was discusses when I was coming on of the part,” the actress replied when asked if her character, Bobbi Morse, could put on a costume as Mockingbird and hit the big screen. “You know, we’ll see what happens. It’s such a nice world that we liven in that crossover can happen so often now, which in the past it never really did. So, to see these two worlds come together on the small screen and the big screen is really cool.”

The character Mockingbird had a long, on-again off-again relationship with Hawkeye that even saw the couple marry in the pages of Marvel Comics. Palicki is a veteran of both small and big screens, and has a super heroic past in a much-publicized but ultimately failed Wonder Woman TV pilot.

She says Bobbi Morse as she appears in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is “another badass character, she has been working with S.H.I.E.L.D. for a bit - she gets along with the team very well.” That seems to indicate that her character, announced as the “Head of Hydra Security” is in fact a double agent, as most fans have speculated, working undercover in Hydra on behalf of S.H.I.E.L.D.
