Did Jesse Eisenberg Lose His Locks for LEX LUTHOR?

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is arguably the most talked about upcoming superhero films, and unofficial on-set photos have been rampant from the film’s Detroit set. And now in a recent innocuous Twitter posting we may have gotten our first look at Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.

From the looks of Eisenberg’s hairdo, many are speculating that he’s wearing a wig – and that it’s covering up a shaved head that Lex Luthor is best known for. When Luthor was first created, he sported a full head of red hair but in an early edition of the Superman newspaper strip an artist mistakenly drew him without hair and quickly caught on in the continuity. In the 1978 Superman film, Lex Luthor (played by Gene Hackman) wore a series of wigs before audiences learned he was wearing a wig.

New GOTHAM Spot Sees The Return of JOCK

Meanwhile, on DC’s television front Fox has just revealed a new promo spot for Gotham, which debuts September 22. The promo, titled “Heroes Aren’t Born, They’re Forged,” uses snippets from the live-action television series as well as brand-new illustrations by noted Batman artist Jock. Jock, who illustrated an arc of Scott Snyder’s Detective Comics run, has three images in this new promo spot, which he conveniently posted on Twitter after the video’s release.
