New York– May 22, 2014 – Special Edition: NYC just got a little more Marvel-ous. Today ReedPOP, the world’s leading producer of pop culture events, announces the comic book publisher will be joining the inaugural event with an onsite booth, all-star panels, exclusive giveaways, and the creation of an exclusive poster. Staying true to the message of the show, this will give fans the unique opportunity to connect with Marvel artists and socialize in exciting new ways. Held in the birthplace of comics, New York City, the inaugural event is scheduled to take place on June 14-15 at Javits Center North. Marvel will be located in booth 302.

As part of the booth giveaways, Marvel will give fans the opportunity to get their hands on Iron Man masks, All-New Young Guns previews samplers, and Original Sin glow-in-the dark bouncy ball eyeballs. Special Edition: NYC will be the last chance for fans to get one of the original run eyeballs before they transition to a new look in August. The poster, illustrated by the All-New Young Guns artists, features a sextuplet of heroes and villains including Magneto, Scarlet Witch, Rogue, Dr. Strange, Havok, and Medusa. It will be available at select comic book stores and at the Javits Center during the show.
