It sounds like Marvel Studios may have a lot of faith in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Variety reports that directors Anthony and Joe Russo are being asked back to direct a third Captain America movie, despite the small detail that a Captain America threequel has yet to be officially added to Marvel Studios' schedule.

The studio, of course, did not comment, but Variety's sources say the brotherly duo should start negotiations soon after The Winter Soldier hits theaters, and that they're already in discussions with Marvel about what the third film would entail. "Many" of the actors have a third solo movie in their contracts, including Chris Evans as Captain America.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier hits theaters April 4, 2014. There is reportedly new footage debuting during the Super Bowl on Sunday February 2, 2014.
