Her Universe, the geek clothing and accessory company from Ashley Eckstein, has new deals and new clothing coming to New York Comic Con, just in time for Halloween.
First up, the popular Katie Cook-designed Halloween tote bag is back. It's available for free from now until October 15, 2013 with any purchase of $25 or more on heruniverse.com. With the relatively new "Everyday Cosplay" line at Her Universe featuring tunic hoodies like Leia and Ahsoka from Star Wars, dresses designed around Doctor Who and more, it's easier than ever for geeky girls to find the right thing to wear to a Halloween party, a convention, or just out on the town.
Of course the next (and last) big convention of the year is New York Comic Con, at Javits Center in NYC from October 10-13, 2013. Eckstein will be there with a Her Universe booth and new apparel. A Jeff Carlisle-drawn Doctor Who 50th Anniversary shirt will debut at the show, alongside a The Walking Dead shirt that says "My Sunday Night Belongs To Daryl," just in time for the season 4 premiere of the hit series on Sunday the thirteenth.
All these, as well as the popular "Don't Open, Dead Inside" hoodie and Boba Fett dress (click to enlarge the header image for a shot of that) and much more will be available at the show.
