The groundswell of promotion of November's Thor: The Dark World is ... well ... swelling.

Along with the debut of a couple of new posters this week - Idris Elba as Heimdell and Christopher Eccleston as Malekith for those keeping score at home - here's a new featurette focusing on the relationship between Thor and Loki, including interviews with their respective actors, Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston, and featuring a few new bits of footage from film. Check that out below.

And speaking of Loki, actor Tom Hiddleston told Total Film that he'd like Loki to get a bit lucky if he has a film future.

"When I was first reading the comics, the relationship with the Enchantress was one of the really fun things I thought would be good to explore, and may have even pitched it to Kevin Feige at some point. Because she is as sneaky and as untrustworthy as he was," he told the site.

While Enchantress, another magical mischief maker in the realm of Thor won't be making it into this movie as his romantic interest and rival, he certainly seems open to exploring that in a possible future Thor 3. Enchantress was rumored early in production to be making an appearance in the film, and actress Natalie Portman hinted in an interview that Patty Jenkins' original vision for the movie (she was replaced as director by Alan Taylor) had a female villain.

Thor: The Dark World opens November 8.

And here's the first clip from this coming Tuesday's second epsiode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
