The ongoing legal dispute between Marvel and Ghost Rider co-creator Gary Friedrich will be decided by a jury this November, Deadline reported Friday.
A federal judge has ordered the trial, regarding the copyright to the long-running Marvel character, to start on Nov. 4.
Earlier this month, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a previous ruling in favor of Marvel, thus sending the case back to court. Friedrich's legal issue dates back to 2007, the same year a live-action movie featuring the Johnny Blaze version of Ghost Rider, debuted.
