The second character-specific themed wave of DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. "We Can Be Heroes" charity campaign to help stop hunger in the horn of Africa has gone live, and to no surprise this time features Superman.

Announced in a press release Tuesday morning, the new wave of perks on crowdfunding platform IndieGoGo are all Superman themed, from a $10 digital comics perk to a $1200 video chat portfolio review, plus more one-of-a-kind perks being added all the way up to $25,000 for the especially generous comic book fans.

"The generosity from the fans of DC Comics during the Batman wave was outstanding and challenged us to create another wave of unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities," said DCE President Diane Nelson in the press release. "The first wave of the campaign eclipsed its initial goal of $50,000 in just three days and ultimately raised more than $150,000 in less than six weeks. We continue to be overwhelmed and appreciative of our fans who are helping to make a difference in millions of lives."

As for those other big perks still on the way? There's a hometown visit by Jim Lee (artist and co-publisher, DC Comics) to paint a 10x10 custom mural on your wall, a Superman-themed dream bedroom for kids, becoming a character in Action Comics, and more signed memorabilia than you can fit into a rocket carrying your only son away from a dying planet.

Head to DC's IndieGoGo page to donate and see other perks available now, and remember that new ones will continue to be added, all Superman themed, throughout the coming days.
