Home release details are set for Amazing Spider-Man, with no less than four different versions of the movie out on Nov. 9 (exactly four, in fact).

Along with a relatively bare-bones DVD (with deleted scenes and commentary from director Marc Webb, and producers Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach), the movie will also be released as a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack, a 3D Blu-ray combo pack and a hole kit-and-kaboodle gift set edition (pictured) — featuring the movie on Blu-ray, DVD and 3D Blu-ray, a behind-the-scenes/special features disc plus Spider-Man and Lizard figurines. Each Blu-ray version of the film comes with the special features disc.

Amazing Spider-Man debuted in theaters on July 3, and has made $735 million in combined worldwide gross.

Season three of  The Walking Dead is just a tad more than a month away — debuting on AMC Sunday, Oct. 14 — and courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter, here's the latest promotional poster — showing Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) standing tall against the backdrop of the prison.

Much like the show's previous installment — and the current, final season of networkmate Breaking BadWalking Dead's 16-episode season three will be broken into two sections, with the second half airing in February.

Back in late May, leaked set photos seemed to indicate that Iron Patriot — in the comic books, a former guise of Norman Osborn, better known as the Green Goblin — would play a role in Iron Man 3. Later, it came out that rather than being a wholly new character, it was evidently a new armor for Don Cheadle's War Machine/James Rhodes.

Based on trademarks filed by Marvel with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and noticed by Bleeding Cool, it looks like the name "Iron Patriot" is definitely set to be used in a major way in some shape or form in the near future. The company has filed for six distinct "Iron Patriot" trademarks, covering action figures, school supplies, clothing, video games, "Christmas stockings; Christmas tree ornaments and decorations; snow globes" and more.

On the same day of the Iron Patriot filings, Marvel also trademarked "Avengers Initiative," revealed Wednesday morning as the name of their new mobile game.
